Eucalyptus Oil should not be applied directly to the skin without dilution, used on damaged or irritated skin, brought into contact with the eyes or mucous membranes, used in products intended for infants without an appropriate safety assessment, or used above recommended regulatory and IFRA limits.
How to use
Eucalyptus Oil should be incorporated during the cool-down phase of formulation and is typically used at 0.05-0.3% in facial skincare products, 0.1-1.0% in body care products, 0.1-0.5% in scalp care and hair care formulations, 0.1-1.0% in soaps and cleansers, 0.1-1.0% in foot care products, and up to 3.0% in fragrance applications, subject to applicable IFRA guidelines.
