Other than non-compliance with the Warranty, Univar will only accept return of unopened product in undamaged containers within 14 days of customer's receipt of product and Customer's pre-payment to Univar of all return freight and a 30% re-stocking fee. No refund may be issued until the product is received by Univar and Univar verifies compliance with the Return Policy.
