XIAMETER MEM-0036 Emulsion is a non-ionic, 35% active emulsion of trimethyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane which has been proven to be useful in the mold release of rubber or plastic parts as well as the lubrication of extruded rubber parts conveyor belts and textile lubricants. Its good wetting and slip characteristics provides gloss and water repellency and it has a good freeze-thaw stability. XIAMETER MEM-0036 Emulsion does not contain alkylphenol-ethoxylates (APEO). Dilutions up to 130 parts water to 1 part emulsion are possible so that the optimum concentration of silicone may be used with no excess waste.
